Resident.Place, the neutral resident app used across the Group's brands, has rolled out to more provider partners — giving residents one place to manage their home, wherever they rent.
Resident.Place is a product of the Septimius Technology Group, provided to the Affordable Homes For Life Group and its brands under a long-term partnership. Being neutral is the point: it works across providers rather than tying a resident to one.
