The Affordable Homes For Life Group brings existing homes up to standard, leases them ready-to-let to the people who house people, and keeps every promise for the life of the lease.

We are a housing group organised around one conviction: the homes England needs mostly already exist — they need to be bought, brought up to standard, and held by someone with no intention of ever selling them on.
Four brands carry the work — AHFL, Haven Homes, NABO and Ember Rose Home — with two operating subsidiaries, Resident.Place and Baileo, behind the service. The Group is the accountable parent for all of it.

Corporate governance
The Group operates under a documented governance framework: a code of conduct, a scheme of delegation and an audit programme that covers every subsidiary and brand. Big decisions are minuted, and controls over access, change and data handling are reviewed on a fixed cycle.
Regulatory information
Homes are delivered to the Decent Homes Standard and current consumer standards. Haven Homes’ registration with the Regulator of Social Housing is in progress; until it completes, Registered Provider stock is accessed through established pass-through arrangements. The Group meets its obligations under UK GDPR and consumer law across all brands.
Complaints and scrutiny
Complaints follow a two-stage process with published timescales, and themes are reported to the board every quarter. Resident panels across the brands see service performance unedited.
