What holding homes for life changes, one year on
Residents, partners and the numbers behind the Group's first full reporting cycle.

One year into full operation, the Affordable Homes For Life Group has completed its first reporting cycle — a chance to look plainly at what holding homes for life actually changes, for residents and for partners.
The headline is stability. Homes brought up to standard and held for the long term give residents something the open market rarely does: the confidence that the home is not about to be sold from under them.
What the first year shows
- Homes acquired and refurbished to the Group standard across the North and Midlands.
- Partnerships with councils and Registered Providers established.
- A neutral resident platform in place across the brands.
The measure is not how many homes we hold. It is how secure the people living in them feel.
The full picture develops on the ESG and impact page, and will be reported on the standard annual cycle.
